Specialist remedial builders for Brisbane & the Gold Coast
A QBCC-licensed remedial construction business and a division of Innovare Group — bringing the resources and rigour of a multi-disciplined builder to the specialist field of building repair, restoration and defect rectification.
Built by people who have worked at the sharp end of building repair
Innovare Restoration has been built by people who have worked on flooded homes in the days after major Brisbane and Ipswich flood events, inside mould-contaminated apartments in Gold Coast high-rises, on the scaffolding of Queenslander-style heritage buildings in Paddington, Woolloongabba and Red Hill, and in the aftermath of cyclonic storms across South East Queensland.
This hands-on experience shapes everything we do. We understand the urgency of emergency works, the sensitivity required around heritage fabric, the exacting documentation insurers and councils demand, and the long-term consequences of repair work that is rushed, underdocumented or non-compliant.
Our team includes licensed builders, structural estimators, remedial specialists, mould and water damage technicians, and heritage conservation practitioners. Where specialist input is required — structural engineering assessments, asbestos air monitoring, heritage conservation reports — we engage trusted registered practitioners and include their findings transparently in our client documentation.

Innovare Restoration carries comprehensive public liability and professional indemnity insurances appropriate for remedial construction works. Our insurance documentation is available upon request for insurer, strata or commercial client due diligence.
We maintain working relationships with major Australian insurers, strata insurance specialists and loss adjusting firms operating across South East Queensland. Our estimators understand insurance policy language, exclusion clauses and the standard of documentation required to support a claim.
We attend insurer-appointed building inspections, provide independent condition reports and, where required, assist clients in preparing supporting documentation for disputed claims.
